The union member receiving the Trade Union Shelter is Ms. Luong Thi Thao - an employee of Tien Phong Commune Cultural Post Office (Nghe An).
Ms. Luong Thi Thao is a worker who still faces many difficulties in housing conditions. During her work, although her family's life still has many things to worry about, she still strives to complete her work, stick with the commune cultural post office and serve people in the area.
Understanding and sharing the circumstances of union members, the Trade Union of Vietnam Post Corporation (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology), the Trade Union of Nghe An Provincial Post Office has paid attention to and supported Ms. Thao to gradually realize her desire to have a stable home.
After more than two months of construction, with the joint efforts of trade union organizations, units, local authorities, family and hearts of sharing, the new house has been completed and put into use. From here, Ms. Thao's family has an additional solid and spacious living space, creating a foundation to stabilize life and be more steadfast in work.
At the handover ceremony, representatives of the Nghe An Provincial Post Office Trade Union visited and shared the joy with the family; and at the same time presented support and sent best wishes to Ms. Thao in the new house.
This is also one of the practical activities showing the role of the Post Office Trade Union in caring for the material and spiritual life and protecting the legitimate rights of union members and workers. From grasping circumstances, thoughts, and aspirations to appropriate forms of support, care activities are implemented with the desire that each worker has more support to overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives and continue to contribute.
