The 4th Gia Lam General Hospital Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, has the participation of 120 official delegates.
For the 2023 - 2025 term, under the direction of the Hanoi Health Sector Trade Union and the City Labor Federation, with the attention of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors, the Gia Lam General Hospital Trade Union has made efforts to overcome difficulties, promote the spirit of solidarity, innovate the content and methods of operation, and comprehensively complete the goals set out in the Resolution of the 3rd Trade Union Congress.
The Hospital Trade Union has truly become a solid support for union members and workers, a bridge between workers and the Hospital's leaders. In the work of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, the Trade Union effectively coordinates with the authorities at the same level, organizes well the annual conferences of cadres and civil servants, promotes grassroots democracy regulations, participates in councils and working groups directly related to workers' rights...
With the action slogan: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Creativity - Development", in the coming time, the Gia Lam General Hospital Trade Union will continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots, taking union members as the center; focusing on enhancing the role of representation, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers...
For the 2025 - 2030 term, the Gia Lam General Hospital Trade Union sets a number of specific targets such as: 100% of union members are able to study, grasp the resolutions of the Party and the Trade Union, disseminate legal policies; over 90% of cadres and civil servants achieve annual emulation titles; each year, at least 10 initiatives and scientific research topics are applied; 100% of union groups complete their tasks well, of which at least 20% achieve excellent results...
Speaking at the Congress, Vice President of the Hanoi City Labor Federation Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy acknowledged and praised the results that the Gia Lam General Hospital Trade Union has achieved in the past term. This is the Trade Union Congress marking a new stage of maturity for the movement of workers, civil servants and trade union activities at the grassroots level.
In the coming term, the Vice President of the City Labor Federation suggested that the Gia Lam General Hospital Trade Union should promptly deploy propaganda, develop an action program to implement the Congress Resolution in conjunction with the political tasks of the unit; promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; promote digital transformation in Trade Union activities, strengthen propaganda, promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members, improve management and operation efficiency.
Along with that, innovate the content and form of emulation movements, linking emulation with the professional tasks of the Hospital; focus on discovering, commending and promptly rewarding outstanding collectives and individuals. Improve the effectiveness of supervision and social criticism activities; continue to build a strong and comprehensive Trade Union organization, focusing on the grassroots, taking union members as the center; focus on training a team of Trade Union cadres with courage and enthusiasm, meeting the requirements in the new period.
