The Chairman of the Trade Union is completely trusted by the company's Board of Directors, Mr. Ngo Ngoc Vinh. During more than 25 years of working with the company, Mr. Vinh has been a union leader of more than 2,500 union members and employees for over 20 years.

During that time, Vinh always had a love for the job, a passion for work, creativity and especially empathy and understanding of employees. What Mr. Vinh always wonders and wants is how to help his workers trust and stick with the enterprise, so that they become happy employees. Therefore, Mr. Vinh has always been close to the Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, listening to the difficulties of workers in work and life to help workers overcome difficulties.

Mr. Vinh - a Chairman of the Trade Union -'s affection for employees can be clearly seen through the way he talks about employees. My worker, My employee were naturally spoken by Mr. Vinh, as if talking about relatives, about his responsibility and affection for all the companys workers.

In 2011, together with the Executive Board, he proposed that the Company's Board of Directors build a Workers' Cultural Activity Point. Since then, the company's Workers' Cultural Activity Point has been invested in an outdoor sports cluster including 2 soccer courts, 1 tennis court cluster, 3 pickleball courts, fishing lakes, sports fields; an indoor sports cluster including 1 computer, a reading room with a screening screen, a sports room with many modern gyms, a yoga room, a golf practice room and a library...

This is not only a place for exchange, learning, improving professional qualifications, skills, improving health, cultural and spiritual life of employees, but also a place for organizing propaganda activities, disseminating laws to employees, a place for employees to connect, share and support each other in life.

In particular, Mr. Vinh advised on the construction of 4 Union canteen areas to serve workers. The items in the canteen are very diverse, ensuring quality and hygiene and safety, and are sold at a 50% discount to workers. After 5 years of nurturing, the Trade Union Supermarket has been built and put into operation with more than 2,000 items taken directly from the manufacturer and sold directly to officers and employees at a cheaper price of 5% to 25%. Thereby reducing living expenses for the company's officers and employees.

Realizing that the business had suitable conditions, Mr. Vinh suggested that the business release fish and plant many trees to create a landscape for the business and have additional benefits to increase the quality of shift meals.

In addition, Mr. Vinh advised on building a smoking room and a milking room to serve female workers raising young children.

100% trust in the Trade Union and the Trade Union President

Speaking with Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu during the survey of labor relations, workers, and trade unions at the company, Mr. Maruyama Tsuyoshi - General Director of the company - affirmed that he has 100% confidence in the Trade Union organization and Trade Union President Ngo Ngoc Vinh. Because "Mr. Vinh and the Executive Board of the Trade Union actively organize activities to support workers in difficulty, instruct workers to raise awareness of labor safety..., contributing significantly to the development of the enterprise" - Mr. Maruyama Tsuyoshi said.

One of the activities of the Trade Union that the leadership highly appreciated was the launching, deployment and implementation of emulation movements. In the initiative and creativity movement, Mr. Vinh advised the company's leaders to establish a reform committee consisting of 2 reform training rooms and 1 reform promotion room, headed by 2 members of the Trade Union Executive Committee. This is a strong driving force for the emulation movement for innovation and development throughout the company.

Each year, the company has about more than 8,000 initiatives that are considered and applied, benefiting the company hundreds of billions of VND. Thanks to its effective and creative approach, the company is always the leading unit in the city in the capital's innovation and creativity movement, recognized by the Central and the city. With the above approach, in just 5 years, from 2020 to 2024, the company has collected 28,496 innovation initiatives, of which the 50 million VND initiative is 1,252 initiatives, with a total profit value of 517 billion VND.

In particular, in 2023, in response to the launch of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, all union members of the company actively participated, responded, and contributed to the "One million initiatives" program with the results of recording 1,633 improvements, exceeding the target by 233% compared to the assigned plan.
