This year, the company offers Tet bonuses to employees equal to 2.4 months of basic salary. The Tet bonus level in 2025 is 2 months of basic salary, so this year's Tet bonus increases by 0.4 months of salary. This bonus level is a thank you from the company to employees who have joined forces with the business to complete the production and business plan.
In addition, at the beginning of the year, the company also decided to increase the basic salary for employees. The basic salary increase is calculated according to each employee's level, the lowest increase is 350,000 VND/person/month. Currently, the lowest basic salary for new employees is 6.155 million VND/month.
