On January 10, Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bau Xeo Industrial Park, An Vien commune, Dong Nai province) announced the Tet bonus level for employees.
According to the announcement, in order to recognize the contributions and dedication of the collective of officials, employees and workers, after consulting the opinion of the Trade Union Executive Committee, the Company's Board of Directors decided on the Tet bonus level for employees from 1 - 2.2 months of salary, depending on seniority.
In which, employees with working hours from 1 year to less than 2 years are entitled to a Tet bonus of 1 month's salary; employees with working hours from 12 years or more are entitled to a Tet bonus of 2.2 months' salary.
