On January 11, Pou Chen Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bien Hoa ward, Dong Nai province) just announced Tet bonuses for 2026 for employees.
Accordingly, the Company's Board of Directors agreed with the Trade Union Executive Committee to announce the Tet bonus level for employees from 1 - 2.2 months of salary, depending on seniority.
In which, workers who have been in the factory for 1 year to less than 2 years are entitled to a Tet bonus of 1 month's salary; workers who have been in the factory for 12 years or more are entitled to a Tet bonus of 2.2 months' salary.
The prize is awarded on February 6, 2026.
