Recently, Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company, a member of Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group (TKV), has devoted many resources to taking care of the health of its employees, especially miners.
In addition to investing in technological innovation, applying mechanization and automation to production, Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company also invests in upgrading canteens, cafeterias, and entertainment facilities to serve workers. These are solutions to attract and retain workers, improve and restore their health, and help workers increase productivity and income.
Currently, in order to take care of the health of workers, especially miners, most companies under TKV regularly organize periodic health check-ups or send workers to recuperation. In most of the collective areas for workers, there are gyms and sports rooms.
In particular, TKV also has a Geological Hot Mineral Center in Cam Pha City, Quang Ninh Province - where there is 55-degree hot mineral water, exploited at a depth of more than -400m - giving priority to serving the care and treatment of workers in the Coal industry.
Through chemical analysis of samples, scientists have assessed that the hot mineral water here has high purity, high mineral water and Bromine content, and a mineral water temperature of 55 degrees Celsius.
The therapeutic effect of hot mineral baths is the combined effect of three physical therapies: hydrotherapy, thermotherapy and mineral therapy.
