Female Party member has many initiatives in Party work

On February 16, 2025, in Hanoi, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) will organize the first National Conference to honor 95 outstanding workers who are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam in 2025. In which, Ms. Le Thi Ly Anh - Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of the grassroots Party Committee, Head of the Office of the grassroots Party Committee, Standing Member of the Trade Union of Loc Phat Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank (LPBank) - is the only representative of the banking industry to be honored in this period.

To be honored, in the past time, Ms. Le Thi Ly Anh has made many efforts and efforts, and her achievements have been recognized at all levels.

Of which, Ms. Le Thi Ly Anh has 8 initiatives recognized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in the movement of "2 million initiatives to strive to overcome difficulties, be creative, and be determined to defeat the COVID-19 pandemic".

Notable are initiatives such as innovating the work of guiding the procedures for admitting new party members; creativity in organizing party member admission ceremonies at the Party cell; creativity in training on party member admission procedures, creativity in organizing the study of the Party's Resolution; initiatives in directing and implementing trade union activities through the internal email system.

Replicating typical good practices of individuals and groups to help other units learn and follow, successfully completing the work of organizing Party cell congresses throughout the Party Committee; using 4.0 technology to improve the quality of Trade Union activities; creatively organizing Party cell activities at the Banking Party Committee.

Ms. Le Thi Ly Anh's initiatives not only contribute to ensuring that union and Party activities are not interrupted even during the COVID-19 pandemic, but also demonstrate the professionalism of the Party and Trade Union organizations in enterprises; attract much attention from people for Party and Trade Union work, gather a large mass to participate in organizing; help enterprises save costs, related subjects save effort, spend time focusing on business development, performing professional tasks...

In particular, the initiatives have opened up other perspectives for Party members on Party work and the form of learning from the moral example of Ho Chi Minh; creating a spirit of solidarity, the will to rise up, strive in work, training, and lifestyle for cadres, Party members, and workers.

For nearly 27 years as a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Ms. Le Thi Ly Anh has always cultivated her ideology, political opinion, and steadfast stance; did not waver in the face of difficulties and challenges; did a good job of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

At the same time, promote the pioneering and exemplary nature of Party members: Ready to take on tasks; dynamic, creative, daring to think, daring to do, flexible in performing tasks, speaking along with doing.

In the work of the Trade Union, Ms. Le Thi Ly Anh has promoted her role as a member of the Standing Committee of LPBank Trade Union, always paying attention to the material and spiritual life of union members, actively advising on the development of policy mechanisms in caring for the lives of workers...

For her efforts, for many consecutive years, Ms. Le Thi Ly Anh has received a Certificate of Merit as a Party member for excellently completing her tasks. This is also a source of encouragement for her to continue to contribute and further promote her role in building the Party and the Trade Union.

And to develop the Party and Trade Union organization more and more strongly, Ms. Le Thi Ly Anh hopes that the Party Central Committee will pay attention to further promoting the work of education, training, and enhancing the political will of each cadre and party member to create strength, overcome all difficulties, challenges, and temptations to successfully fulfill assigned duties and tasks.

The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor studies and issues more practical policies to support workers to improve their material and spiritual lives in private enterprises, while having clearer policy mechanisms for union cadres (especially part-time union cadres) to contribute, protect their rights, be recognized and honored.
