According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on March 30, in the Northwest region and from Thanh Hoa to Hue City, there will be hot sun, with intense heat in some places with the highest common temperature of 35 - 36 degrees C, in some places above 37 degrees C. The hottest time is about 13 - 16 hours.
The Northern Delta region has localized hot weather with the highest temperature above 35 degrees C; the relative lowest humidity is commonly 55 - 60%.
Real-world recording by PV at 2 pm today, the road surface temperature in Hanoi City reached more than 40 degrees Celsius. The increased temperature combined with low humidity makes the feeling of dryness and hotness even more pronounced.
This year's hot weather came early, putting great pressure on people's health, especially those who work directly under the sun when their bodies have not yet adapted to the sudden changes in the weather at the beginning of the season.

Diligently sweeping the sidewalk in front of a building on Duong Dinh Nghe street, Ms. Ho Thi Dung (Yen Hoa ward, Hanoi) while wiping sweat shared that just a few days ago the weather was still cool, but now the heat has come quite suddenly.

Because the early summer sun is always uncomfortable and her body has not had time to catch up, Ms. Dung has to proactively choose sunny hours that are less harsh to go out to work. To cope with the heat, she also has to equip herself with hats, masks, and long-sleeved uniforms to prevent heat.
Sharing the same hardship are technology drivers - people who have to "expose themselves" for 10-12 hours each day on the streets. A technology motorbike taxi driver said that from about noon, the sun rises very quickly and is much harsher than usual. Today is the first hot day, so he did not have time to prepare gloves, when going out, he had to use his sleeves to cover his hands to reduce burning, put his hat and jacket on his head and wear a mask tightly.
This male driver said that the early summer sun is not too harsh, so he will take advantage of driving, and in the harsh summer, he will think about lighter and cooler work.

Many other food delivery drivers also shared that when waiting for customers, they are forced to find shade to avoid the sun.
Faced with the unexpected developments of the weather during the transitional season, health experts recommend that workers should proactively supplement water, mineral salts and strictly implement sun protection and sun protection measures when working outdoors. Interspersed rest in shady places is extremely necessary to avoid heat shock or exhaustion.
