Mr. Dao Manh Kien - Chairman of the Trade Union of the General Aviation Corporation - said that this is an opportunity for employees in the Corporation to meet and exchange, and a playground for employees to demonstrate their creativity and housekeeping skills.
The program aims to honor and show gratitude for the great contributions of women - those who have continuously devoted their enthusiasm and courage to the development of the Corporation.
At the program, Hoa Linh Pharmaceutical Company sponsored 500 gifts of the company's products to give to delegates, contestants and employees attending the Festival.
Within the framework of the program, the organizing committee organized 3 competitions for 15 agencies and units of the Corporation.
Part 1: “Cuisine” competition. Each team prepares 3 Vietnamese dishes (appetizer, main dish and dessert. The judges will score based on the quality of the dishes; beautiful presentation and aesthetics.
Part 2: “Beautiful Shop” Contest. The judges will evaluate the vendors’ costumes, shop decoration, and variety of dishes; encourage and give extra points to teams that have games or stalls selling handicrafts, souvenirs, and 100% male vendors.
Third round: “Country Market Beauty” contest: Each team will select 1 to 2 female contestants to participate in the Vietnamese Ao Dai fashion show. The judges will score this round based on the criteria (face, body, costume, stage performance skills).
At the end of the program, the organizers will award prizes to the winning team.
