Cases of retirement wishes before age will be settled as prescribed. Specialized officials of the Trade Union level will be mobilized and assigned to work under the Scheme on arranging and streamlining the Vietnam Fatherland Front Agency, socio -political organizations, mass associations assigned by the Party and the State to the provincial and commune -level agencies at the provincial Labor Union.
