Speaking at the program, Mr. Thai Minh Sy - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor assessed that in the context of increasingly deep international integration, equipping Chinese language is a very necessary task, helping union officials communicate and coordinate more effectively in union activities with international elements.
At the same time, effectively participating in negotiations and bargaining with foreign-invested enterprises to protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
The Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor also suggested organizing quality, professional, flexible classes that are suitable for the time of students who are workers working at enterprises.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Suong - Director of Ngoc Trang Chinese Language Center affirmed that with a team of experienced teachers and practical training methods, the center is committed to accompanying, supporting and creating the best conditions for students to effectively absorb knowledge, maximizing their abilities.
I believe that students will study with the highest spirit and responsibility, both studying and working, learning to communicate, to proactively adapt to the new requirements of trade union work in the integration period.
The Chinese class includes 40 students, who are grassroots union officials under the Southeast Economic Zone Trade Union and full-time union officials of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation. The study period lasts 3 months with online learning combined with in-person learning.
After the opening ceremony, the students were informed by the teachers about the curriculum, class rules and attended the first class.
