Practical care and coverage
It can be said that the most prominent mark in the work of caring for union members and workers of Da Nang Trade Union in 2025 is practicality and breadth of coverage.

From programs that have become brands such as "Tet Sum vay", "Trade Union Tet Market", "Workers' Month", "Trade Union Meal", "Trade Union Home"... tens of thousands of union members have benefited from direct support policies both materially and spiritually.
Another noteworthy point, as Mr. Le Van Dai - Standing Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, said, is that care work is not only limited to holidays and Tet but is deployed throughout, flexibly according to the actual situation.
When natural disasters and storms cause damage to workers' lives, trade union levels have promptly visited and supported difficult cases, labor accidents, dangerous diseases, and fishermen in distress at sea. These supports not only have material value but are also timely encouragement and sharing.
Da Nang Trade Union also expands care activities to workers' living spaces through self-managed worker groups in boarding houses, free wifi support, equipping legal bookshelves, and organizing cultural and sports activities.
This approach contributes to improving spiritual life, creating community cohesion, helping workers not to be "broken" from social institutions after working hours.
Many expectations sent to the Congress
In parallel with care work, the Da Nang City Trade Union also made a strong impression in protecting the legitimate and lawful rights of workers.

In 2025, Da Nang Trade Union will participate more deeply in legal advice, support for lawsuits, representatives of workers in court, supervision of occupational safety and health, and dialogue at the workplace.
Promoting the signing of collective labor agreements with more beneficial terms for workers, improving the quality of dialogue at enterprises shows a clear shift from short-term care to sustainable care, linking immediate benefits with long-term stability.
In addition, livelihood support programs such as the Fund for Supporting Capital for Difficult Union Members have helped many workers' families have more resources to develop the economy, gradually improving their lives. This is a "fishing rod-giving" way of care, helping workers proactively rise up instead of just relying on support.
Ms. Nguyen Thi To Loan, a worker at Premo Vietnam Co., Ltd., shared: "I am the main breadwinner in the family, I have a child with cleft palate, just had surgery for the second time, and my husband is unemployed. Over the past time, in difficult times, especially during Tet or when the family has a sudden event, the trade union's attention is truly a support. From Tet gifts, trade union meals to legal advice, I clearly feel that the trade union always accompanies workers.
Not only recognizing the achieved results, workers also place high expectations on the country's major policies in the coming period.
Ms. Loan expressed her wish: "We really hope that the 14th National Party Congress will continue to pay more strong attention to salary policies, social housing, health, and education for workers' children. When life is stable, workers will be assured to stick with businesses for a long time.
This is also the common desire of a large number of union members: care work should not only stop at supporting in difficult times, but should be institutionalized into long-term policies, ensuring a minimum living standard, a safe working environment, learning opportunities, improving skills and sustainable social security for workers.
