Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong (30 years old) - a content creator in Hanoi said that she is "struggling" with a lot of pressure at work every day.
"I have to cope with work, colleagues, compete with young people, and conquer AI (artificial intelligence) to survive and develop" - Ms. Huong said.
According to Ms. Huong, the company will assess capacity every 6 months. Those who achieve high work efficiency will receive a salary increase or promotion. Candidates who are not effective or too poor can have their salary reduced or have their work terminated.
For the younger generation, according to the female employee, this group has many strengths, especially in information technology or confident acting in front of the camera. If she cannot adapt to these two strengths to a basic level, she will face the risk of being replaced.
In addition, AI is giving Ms. Huong a headache.
The female employee said that there are jobs that take her 2 days to complete, so AI can complete them in just a few hours.
According to Microsoft's recent Work trend index report:
54% of workers are worried that AI will replace their work positions, but 90% want to assign as many tasks as possible to AI to reduce the workload.
94% of workers feel comfortable using AI not only for administrative work but also for analysis and innovation
To survive, Ms. Huong shared that she always learn different skills every day to cope with work. The female employee also learned to regularly use AI to help work faster without denying the benefits of AI in daily work.
For ordinary workers, the pressure mainly comes from work productivity and age.
Ms. Pham Thi Mai (23 years old) - a garment worker in Nam Dinh said that working at a large company with many good benefits is extremely stressful when not achieving productivity.

"The company's board of directors stipulates that if one month in a row has an income of VND 5 million or more, the employee will be fired. Although I know there are many other places to try, I still feel sad and worried if I am fired" - Ms. Mai said.
Explaining this point of view, Ms. Mai said that working in a chain, if an individual does not achieve it, it will affect the productivity of the whole line. When faced with difficult stages, low unit prices, and unstable experience, Ms. Mai was even more worried.
Sharing more specifically, the female worker said that if she encounters low-priced stages and works all day, even with many products, she can only get more than 100,000 VND. To achieve the target, Ms. Mai tried her best, even staying for 15 to 30 minutes to work.
Ms. Pham Thi Toan (50 years old) - a leather shoe worker in Nam Dinh said that when the company enters the "season" with little work or difficulties, she is extremely worried. Older workers are always the first to be laid off by the company.
"Oder age, poor eyesight, slow limbs, and low productivity like the younger generation. If I lose my job, I will be even more worried because it is almost difficult to find a suitable new job after 50 years old" - Ms. Toan said.
At this age, Ms. Toan realizes that there is a lot of pressure but does not dare to quit her job like young people. The female worker always told herself to constantly try and limit her personal leave to ensure work efficiency.
