Weekly productivity test
Since the beginning of 2025, Song Hong 4 branch (Xuan Truong, Nam Dinh) under Song Hong Garment Joint Stock Company has continuously implemented many productivity competitions for working workers.

Ms. Le Thi Hien (34 years old) - Deputy Head of Human Resources Administration Department at the company - said that the prize for the group is from 1 to 1.5 million VND depending on the time. Outstanding individuals will also receive awards of up to VND 200,000/person.
Ms. Tran Thi Loan (34 years old) - a union official at Pro Sports Hong Thuan Garment Factory - said that the contests are partly the results of the grassroots union.
The union has promptly grasped the wishes of the workers to submit to the company's leaders for approval.
"We hope that in addition to income, workers will have other spiritual and material joys so that they feel more enthusiastic and interesting every day at work. And that is the reason why we always advise the company to organize many competitions for workers" - Ms. Loan said.

"Every month, the company strongly communicates innovation idea contests and awards at the beginning of the following month to encourage employees to be creative" - Ms. Hien, Deputy Head of Administration Department at the company, shared.
