Weekly productivity test

Since the beginning of 2025, Song Hong 4 branch (Xuan Truong, Nam Dinh) under Song Hong Garment Joint Stock Company has continuously implemented many productivity competitions for working workers.

Most recently, the company has implemented a productivity competition for teams that are producing a common product code. The competitions take place over a few days and all are awarded to the winning team and individuals immediately at the end.

"Two exams per week, sometimes even 3 to 4 exams. The company's productivity competitions help us work more enthusiastically to earn more bonuses and increase monthly income" - Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Hue (30 years old), team leader working at the company, shared.

Ms. Hue said that in April, her group won 3 million VND twice, and the outstanding individuals in the group also received an additional 100,000 VND/time. The group of bonus points will be divided equally between the parties or gifts for everyone at the end of the year.

Similarly, in April, Pro Sports Hong Thuan Garment Factory (Giao Thuy, Nam Dinh) also organized a PIXIE line cross-order contracting contest. This is one of the company's important commodity codes in daily production activities.

Ms. Le Thi Hien (34 years old) - Deputy Head of Human Resources Administration Department at the company - said that the prize for the group is from 1 to 1.5 million VND depending on the time. Outstanding individuals will also receive awards of up to VND 200,000/person.

Ms. Tran Thi Loan (34 years old) - a union official at Pro Sports Hong Thuan Garment Factory - said that the contests are partly the results of the grassroots union.

The union has promptly grasped the wishes of the workers to submit to the company's leaders for approval.

"We hope that in addition to income, workers will have other spiritual and material joys so that they feel more enthusiastic and interesting every day at work. And that is the reason why we always advise the company to organize many competitions for workers" - Ms. Loan said.

Conference to improve ideas, honor introducers to labor

Pro Sports Hong Thuan Garment Factory also regularly implements competitions to create ideas to improve equipment and working methods. Every month, the company always recognizes and rewards individuals with the most positive ideas.

"Every month, the company strongly communicates innovation idea contests and awards at the beginning of the following month to encourage employees to be creative" - Ms. Hien, Deputy Head of Administration Department at the company, shared.

According to Ms. Hien, this contest brings harmonious benefits to both the company and employees when the company optimizes many costs, while employees have more bonuses and achieve higher productivity.

In addition, Song Hong 4 branch and Pro Sports Hong Thuan Factory also pay great attention to recruitment work. Both companies always have attractive rewards for employees when introducing others to work.

The introducer will receive 300,000 VND/worker if he is not skilled. When introducing skilled workers to work, the bonus will increase to VND500,000/person.

Ms. Le Thi Hang - a worker working in the Red River 4 - was quite surprised when she received 1.5 million VND (invitation for 3 skilled workers) and was given an additional 1 million VND by the company.

"In the coming time, I will actively post recruitment posts and introduce many friends and relatives to work at the company to receive higher bonuses" - Ms. Hang said.
