The National Final Night of Miss Vietnam 2024 had the participation of 41 excellent contestants.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the contest, journalist Phung Cong Suong - Editor-in-Chief of Tien Phong Newspaper, Head of the Organizing Committee of Miss Vietnam 2024 said: "For nearly 4 decades, no matter where it is held, the Miss Vietnam contest has always been one of the most beautiful stages to honor the noble qualities of Vietnamese women, which is: Beauty - Culture - Intelligence - Dedication.
Many beauty queens and runners-up of Miss Vietnam have gone far and affirmed their names on the world beauty stage. Miss Vietnam continues to affirm her position, not only a journey to find beauty, but also a journey to touch the true beauty - the beauty of soul, of intelligence, and of a heart that knows how to share and feel the good things in life".
Candidates go through 3 parts: Ao Dai, bikini and evening. The ao dai competition is open to the opening performance of the competition night, the bikini performance helps the contestant to show off her beautiful physique, and the evening gown shows the aesthetic competence, the choice of the costume of each beauty.
Each competition is designed innovatively so that contestants can both perform and send meaningful messages, thereby highlighting the message about the 4 pillar values of Miss Vietnam 2024: Beauty - Culture - Intelligence - Dedication.
In the final round, the song "Vietnam's radiant glory" was composed exclusively for the Miss Vietnam contest to be performed for the first time.
On the background of the song, 41 contestants performed Ao Dai, honoring the beauty of Vietnamese women. The explosive ao dai designs, light colors come from designer Song Toan.
The choreographer of Duc Viet dance shared that from the ao dai to the bikini competition, all are designed to be innovative, bringing eye-catching performances, satisfying the audience's vision, maximizing the physical beauty of each contestant.
With the theme of Brilliance of Vietnam, the stage is inspired by the image of cultural and historical relics associated with the historical periods of the nation.
The crew used the image of 4 roads representing the 4 pillars of Miss Vietnam 2024, using special effects and lighting, bringing a beautiful space to the national final night.
In the swimsuit competition, the X-shaped catwalk helps contestants confidently walk, showing off their figure and physical beauty.
In the evening gown competition, contestants chose costumes according to the topics of thunder, sunlight, lotus flowers and sky, sending their own messages.
Opening this competition, singer Bui Lan Huong performed the song "Queen", with the support of the ASP ORCHESTRA symphony orchestra, bringing a classic and luxurious space.
