On February 23, at the end of the 2026 Lunar New Year holiday, thousands of union members and workers in Dak Lak returned to work, starting a new year of labor.
From early morning, Ms. H'Ne Êban (resident of Buon Ma Thuot ward) was present at Tan An Industrial Cluster. She shared that after days of reunion, being able to return to stable work and steady income is a great joy.

On the first day of the year, many businesses organized spring gatherings, lucky money, and launched production emulation, creating a joyful atmosphere for workers.
At KVD Vina Co., Ltd. (Tan An Industrial Cluster), more than 1,100 workers, mostly ethnic minority workers, went to work fully on New Year's Day.
The business has transferred lucky money to all workers to encourage their spirit. The average salary here is about 8 million VND/person/month.

According to Mr. Le Van Thanh, Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation, the whole province currently has about 60,000 union members and workers.
In 2026, trade union levels will continue to closely monitor the activities of enterprises, promote the signing of collective labor agreements, provide legal advice and allocate resources to care for and support union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
