Businesses offer many job positions with diverse recruitment criteria, salaries and qualification requirements, from unskilled workers to highly specialized personnel.
Present early to look for new opportunities, Ms. Tran Ngoc Minh Chau (Hanoi) said that she had just had her staff cut by the company, so she wanted to quickly stabilize her job and income.
I want to find a job in the service industry, with a salary of about 12-14 million VND/month and Sunday off. This is not the golden time to find a job, so I don't set too high requirements, just need the company to have appropriate regimes and income," Ms. Chau shared.
The job search atmosphere is also quite urgent for many young workers. Mr. Doan Duc Huy (22 years old, from Tuyen Quang) said that he wants to find a job with a salary of over 10 million VND/month, a comfortable working environment, not too constrained.

After an information gathering session at the job fair, Mr. Huy decided to take on the job of assembling phone components.
For young people like me, the most important thing is to have a job that suits my expertise and has a stable income," Mr. Huy said.
According to records, many workers take advantage of the time after the holiday to change jobs or find new jobs with the expectation of improving income.
