Mr. Nguyen Son Luan, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of TBS An Giang Joint Stock Company, said that during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, the Company organized Tet gifts worth 330,000 VND/person, and year-end bonuses of 200,000 VND/person. In addition, employees are given 9 days of Tet holiday, including leave and Sunday, creating favorable conditions for family reunions, rest and labor recovery after a year of hard work.
In particular, the Tet bonus regime continues to be an important highlight, showing worthy recognition for the efforts and contributions of employees. According to the announcement of TBS Group, the 2026 Lunar New Year bonus is built on the basis of production and business results in 2025 and seniority, with an average level of about 5.2 million VND/person for employees working for 12 months, not including seniority bonuses. The clear, fair bonus policy, associated with working time and production efficiency, has created more motivation for employees to feel secure in working and long-term attachment to the business.

Not only focusing on caring for material life, TBS An Giang Joint Stock Company also pays deep attention to the spiritual life of employees. The leadership and the collective of officials and employees of factories under TBS Thoai Son Shoe Complex organized the Go Giay Ancestral Profession Commemoration Ceremony. Trade unions accompany and care for
In the series of activities to care for the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, TBS An Giang Joint Stock Company also received the attention and care of the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation and representatives of departments, boards, and branches to visit, wish Tet and encourage employees.
Mr. Do Tran Thinh, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation, visited and inquired about the employment situation and lives of workers and directly presented 870 Tet gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, each worth 1 million VND.
In addition, from the support of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation has distributed 30 Tet gifts from Party and State leaders, each worth 2.3 million VND and 300 "Trade Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" gifts to union members and workers working at the Company.
