On January 7, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of ALIVIA Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. has just organized a dialogue and exchange of information to grasp the aspirations and recommendations of workers in the production and business process.
At the dialogue, representatives of employees frankly raised many opinions and recommendations related to working conditions, working hours, rest, salaries, bonuses and welfare regimes, occupational safety and health as well as issues arising in the process of implementing the Company's internal regulations and rules. The opinions were all presented in a constructive spirit, towards the goal of stabilizing jobs and improving the lives of employees.
Representatives of the Company's Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union directly listened, exchanged, and answered specifically each content that workers are interested in. Issues under authority are resolved and explained clearly right at the conference. For contents that require more research time, the Company is committed to receiving, considering and having appropriate handling plans in the near future.
Through periodic dialogue activities, ALIVIA Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. and the Trade Union organization continue to affirm their commitment to taking care of the material and spiritual life, protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
