On March 29, Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc Linh, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company, said that the unit had just successfully organized the 2024 Workers' Representative Conference.
The conference discussed and voted to approve targets and resolutions for 2025 and elected additional members of the labor representative dialogue committee for the 2025-2027 term.
In 2025, the company aims to exploit 7,626.8 tons of rubber latex, process 8,926.8 tons, achieving a total revenue of nearly 700 billion VND. The average income of officers and employees is expected to reach 8.41 million VND/person/month.
On this occasion, the General Director of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company presented certificates of merit to 356 individuals and 16 affiliated groups with outstanding achievements in completing labor and production tasks in 2024.
In addition, there are 1,326 individuals recognized with the title of Advanced Worker; 308 individuals received the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level and 37 collectives received the title of Advanced Worker Collective.
The leaders of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company also presented a symbolic board to 10 "Union Shelters" (worth 50 million VND/house) and 6 breeding cows (total value of 90 million VND) to workers in difficult circumstances.
Currently, Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company has nearly 2,400 employees. Of which, 1,987 people are direct workers.
The average income of cadres, employees and workers is 7.56 million VND/person/month. In 2024, Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company will produce a total of 7,800 tons of rubber (reaching 112.4% of the plan).
