Along with that, the Vietnam Trade Union will organize the "May Dialogue" Program and the "Party with Workers - Workers with the Party" Forum. Implementing the program, trade unions at all levels advise, propose, and coordinate to organize so that heads of Party committees, authorities at the same level and employers can contact and dialogue with union members and workers in accordance with actual conditions. Advising Party committees at the same level to organize the Forum "Party with workers - Workers with the Party" before the Party congress at the same level to listen to and resolve workers' problems; receive and implement the Party's instructions.
The Trade Union will also organize the "Thank You Workers" Program. Trade unions at all levels coordinate with employers to organize activities to care for, support, and express gratitude to workers (visiting, giving gifts, giving shopping vouchers; commending workers for their efforts in overcoming difficulties, outstanding workers, workers with many years of experience...); organize sightseeing, vacations, meeting with workers' families; "Cultural and sports festival".
In particular, the Vietnam Trade Union of Industry and Trade organized the Peak Month for developing union members, establishing grassroots unions; introducing the development of workers' party members.
According to the Vice President of the Vietnam Trade Union of Industry and Trade, to achieve high efficiency, trade unions at all levels have stepped up propaganda and mobilized workers to raise awareness and responsibility for participating in building the working class and trade union activities, voluntarily participating in the Vietnam Trade Union; focusing resources on developing union members; representing and caring for the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, creating a breakthrough in developing union members and establishing grassroots unions, especially in non-state enterprises and workers in the informal sector; organizing the admission of the "May Union Member Class".
