Mr. Nhiem excitedly said: “Riding the company bus is very reassuring because I am picked up at the company and taken home. The company also supports 100% of the seat bus fare, I only have to pay a little extra to ride the sleeper bus. For many years now, my family and other employees have been taking the company bus to go home for Tet, thanks to that, every time we go home for Tet, we also save a lot of money.”
According to Mr. Luu Kim Hong - Chairman of the Trade Union of Nidec Vietnam Company, the Trade Union is currently coordinating with the company to prepare a plan to take care of Tet for union members and employees.
This year, the company plans to continue to sponsor 100% of the seat bus fare for employees who have worked at the company for 10 years or more, and 90% for employees who have worked for less than 10 years. Employees will pay a little extra to travel by sleeper bus. The union also plans to give each employee a gift worth 500,000 VND.
Many groups of union members and workers are taken care of.

The Trade Union of Export Processing and Industrial Zones of Ho Chi Minh City also has a plan to take care of the Lunar New Year 2025 for union members and workers with the motto: "Tet comes to all union members and workers, leaving no one behind".

In particular, attention will be paid to union members who have had work-related accidents, serious occupational diseases, single mothers with children under 6 years old, pregnant women, and mothers with children under 36 months old; union members or fathers, mothers, wives, husbands, and children with incurable or serious illnesses who are hospitalized or receiving outpatient treatment at home.
Union members who lost their jobs due to difficulties in their businesses, had to reduce production, stop operations, dissolve, go bankrupt, businesses relocate to other locations, business owners flee, have their working hours reduced, stop working due to businesses cutting or reducing orders, suspending labor contracts or not receiving Tet bonuses from businesses, union members whose families were affected by storms and floods in the northern provinces and are not eligible to return home for Tet... are also given priority care.
Mr. Pham Chi Tam - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation - informed that since mid-September 2024, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation has completed the plan to implement the content of taking care of the Lunar New Year At Ty 2025 at the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation level with 6 care programs; tens of thousands of households, union members, employees, and union members are taken care of. Notably, the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Doan Ket" takes care of 15,000 union member households in difficult circumstances, giving priority to union members at enterprises with unpaid wages, social insurance debts, union members affected by storms and floods in the Northern provinces who are not eligible to return home for Tet with a care level of 1.8 million VND/household.
The program "Workers' Festival - Charity Market" with the theme "Encouraging cashless payment" will give vouchers or purchase codes (worth 1 million VND/voucher) to 9,500 union members and employees; The meeting program will give gifts to 5,000 union members in difficult circumstances (each person will receive 700,000 VND in cash and gifts worth 300,000 VND)...
