Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh signed and issued Decision No. 1519/QD-TTg dated December 5, 2024 on disciplinary action against Mr. Nguyen Ngoc, former Vice Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee.

Accordingly, disciplinary action was taken in the form of removing the position of Vice Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term for Mr. Nguyen Ngoc, former Vice Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee.

Mr. Ngoc was disciplined due to violations and shortcomings in his work and the Secretariat has enforced party discipline; the disciplinary period is calculated from the date of announcement of Decision No. 1510-QDNS/TW dated August 27, 2024 of the Secretariat on enforcing party discipline.

Gia Lai disciplines a case of dishonest income declaration

The Standing Committee of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee has just held a conference to review the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity in 2024 and deploy tasks for 2025.

Accordingly, the Provincial Party Executive Committee decided to discipline Ms. Pham Thi Hong Toan, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of Cua Lo Town Party Committee (responsible as head of the Standing Committee of Cua Lo Town Party Committee from September 2021 to present) with the form of Reprimand.

Propose that competent authorities consider and discipline Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi, former member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, former member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, former Secretary of the Cua Lo Town Party Committee (responsible as head of the Cua Lo Town Party Standing Committee from January 2020 to August 2021).

Regarding this content, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has decided to discipline the Standing Committee of the Cua Lo Town Party Committee for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms with the form of Reprimand. The Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee has decided to discipline Mr. Le Thanh Long, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Cua Lo Town with the form of Reprimand.
