Overcoming difficulties, stability and sustainable development
Established in May 2019 at Lot CCN1 + CCN2, Thuy Son Industrial Cluster (Thuy Anh Commune, Hung Yen Province), FirstUnion Vietnam Trading Technology Co., Ltd. has gone through extremely difficult early days: limited capital, lack of labor, unfinished construction workshops and the outbreak of COVID-19.
Mr. Pham The Trung - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union shared: "We always believe in "Laying up the army to wait for the day of fighting". Despite the difficulties, the Company still ensures full salary payment, maintains a spirit of solidarity, so that employees can feel secure in their attachment.
Currently, after 6 years, the Company has stabilized and developed, creating stable jobs for more than 5,000 local workers. The main occupation is the production and processing of smart cartoon products, especially model games for children.
The current organizational structure has 5,088 workers and 5,006 union members, of which female workers account for 61.79%, female union members account for 62.04%. The Executive Committee of the Trade Union has 7 comrades, the Women's Committee has 3 comrades, the Inspection Committee has 3 comrades, directly implementing emulation movements and caring for the rights of female workers.
Mr. Pham The Trung emphasized: The trade union is a bridge between leaders and workers, especially female employees. We consider taking care of women's lives, improving their qualifications and protecting their rights as key factors for the company's sustainable development".

Emulation movements and practical care models
The movement "Good at public affairs, good at housework" was implemented from 2020-2025, with 100% of female employees participating, the rate of task completion is over 95%, of which more than 20% are excellent. The Women's Union organizes regular activities, associated with practical issues: gender equality, population - reproductive health, child-rearing skills, prevention of domestic violence. Diverse cultural and sports activities such as flower arrangement, tug of war, bamboo jump, women's football competition, FU talent search competition.
The work of caring for life was fully implemented: paying attention to festivals, illnesses, maternity, gifts on March 8, October 20, Mid-Autumn Festival, Lunar New Year with a total annual expenditure of up to billions of VND. Female employees receive periodic health check-ups, obstetrics and gynecology check-ups, milk collection and storage rooms, and participate in training courses to improve skills and management skills.
Creative models are effectively applied: the model "Self-managed - safe, economical, and efficient Women's Union" established at workshops, each group of 20-30 female workers and civil servants, associated with the criteria of ensuring safety, saving raw materials, improving productivity - product quality.
The model "Healthy child care, good child education" arranges a small living space in the milking room, provides documents, displays paintings to guide child care, organizes thematic activities, and shares experiences in raising children in the digital age. The model "Collision kitchen Food Safety and Hygiene Inspection Team" supervises processing, checks food origin, meal quality, and improves meal quality for more than 5,000 workers.
In the period of 2020-2025, the Company has continuously been recognized with emulation titles: Emulation Flag 2023, Comprehensive Emulation Flag 2024, along with many certificates of merit and certificates of merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for emulation movements "Good at public work, good at home work" and caring for workers' lives.
