According to Vieclam24h's analysis, the unskilled labor market in 2024 has shown signs of improvement thanks to many factories and industrial parks expanding production scale, in which the electronic components and semiconductor industry has developed remarkably, attracting a large number of workers.

62.5% of enterprises said that expanding business and growing the market is a top priority in the period of 2024-2025. To achieve this goal, 47.6% of enterprises identified business/sales as a key recruitment field, especially prioritizing human resources with 2-3 years of experience, followed by the group with 1-2 years of experience.
