Regarding the recruitment situation in February 2025, the city's recruitment demand is about 28,850 positions.

Based on the survey and information collection of 2,187 job secher records, it shows: The desired salary of workers is mainly from 5 - 10 million VND, accounting for 84.04%, from 10 - 20 million VND, accounting for 12.12%, the salary over 20 million VND, accounting for 0.55%.
Employees looking for jobs mainly concentrated in the age group of 35 and over, accounting for 52.72% (down 3.60% compared to the previous month); from 25 to 34 years old, accounting for 39.04% (up 0.43%); the age group of 15 to 24 years old, accounting for 8.24% (up 3.27%). The technical expertise of job seekers is mainly concentrated in the untrained group, accounting for 57.76% (up 21.09% compared to the previous month), focusing on jobs such as production workers, sales staff... Next is the level of technical workers without a certificate/professionals accounting for 22.76% (up 7.43% compared to the previous month) focusing on finding jobs in jobs such as component assembly workers, mechanics, construction workers...
Regarding support and settlement of unemployment insurance (UI) policies in February, the Center received 3,579 applications for UBT (an increase of 454 cases compared to the previous month and an increase of 524 cases compared to the same period last year). Appraised and issued decisions to receive unemployment benefits for 3,458 cases (a decrease of 390 records compared to the previous month and a decrease of 987 records compared to the same period in 2024) with the support amount of 144.5 billion VND.
