Create a united and warm atmosphere
Implementing Instruction No. 49/HD-LDLD of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor on organizing "Union Meals" in 2025, trade unions at all levels in the province have deployed to grassroots trade unions from July 20 to September 2, 2025, creating an atmosphere of solidarity and understanding, thereby building trust and close connection between union members and workers with the Trade Union organization and enterprises.
Union Meal is not just a simple meal but also a place to nurture family affection, show concern and motivate. This activity contributes to improving the material and spiritual life of workers, building a humane, happy and sustainable working environment.
That is the beauty of a simple but profound, practical and humane labor culture, which needs to be replicated to build a fair and humane society - Mr. Nguyen Van Tien, Chairman of the Trade Union of Hac Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa Province, shared.
According to Mr. Tien, from July 20 to August 6, 4 grassroots trade unions under the Hac Thanh Ward Trade Union organized "Union Meals" for workers, attracting 3,200 union members to participate. In particular, the Union Meal at Song Chu Thanh Hoa Company Limited with more than 900 union members and workers took place in a united and joyful atmosphere.
Through the "Union Meal", everyone can sit together, eliminate the gap between superiors and subordinates, no longer have barriers about position and position. They enjoy hot food together, chat about everyday stories, from their children's studies to weekend plans. The bustling sound of laughter, intimate and cozy atmosphere help dispel fatigue and stress after work.
Thanks to that, small conflicts at work are easily resolved, and colleagues have the opportunity to understand and sympathize with each other more.
Thank you to workers for a meal at a luxurious restaurant
Sharing with PV of Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Huu Quang - Chairman of the Trade Union of Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. (in Le Mon Industrial Park, Thanh Hoa) - said that on the occasion of Workers' Month, Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month in 2025, the company's board of directors coordinated with the union to organize an intimate meal to express gratitude to cadres, workers, and civil servants, helping workers feel secure in production and stay with the enterprise for a long time.
The festival was held at the Royal Palace event Center - one of the luxurious restaurants in Thanh Hoa - with about 13,000 workers attending. The parties take place every Sunday, from May 18 to the end of July 2025. This is considered the biggest and most magnificent party ever held for workers in Thanh Hoa, with each meal worth 400,000 VND.
As one of tens of thousands of workers attending the festival, Ms. Le Thi Ha - a worker at Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. - emotionally shared: After 16 years of working in the industrial park, I have become accustomed to quick meals. Never thought that I would have a day to attend a party in a luxurious space, receive a handshake from the leaders, and take souvenir photos.
The party was not only a holiday but also a sincere thank you from the company. I feel recognized and that makes me more proud and more attached to the business".
