According to the regulations, commune-level officials specified in Clause 1, Article 16 of Decree 33/2023/ND-CP is entitled to leadership allowances compared to the basic salary as follows:
- Party Secretary: 0.30.
- Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council, Chairman of the People's Committee: 0.25.
- Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Council, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee: 0.20.
- Secretary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Chairman of the Women's Union, Chairman of the Farmers' Union, Chairman of the Veterans Association: 0.15.
The base salary of 2025 will still apply to 2.34 million VND/month prescribed in Decree 73/2024/ND-CP, by Resolution 159/2024/QH15, the National Assembly has not increased. Salary of public sector, pension, social insurance allowance, monthly allowance, preferential benefits of people with meritorious services in 2025.
Thus, 3 subjects of commune officials are entitled to the leadership position of 468,000 VND/month including: Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Council, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee: 468,000 dong/month.
