A gift to add strength to workers in difficult circumstances
On July 18, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) organized a gratitude program for union members and workers in industrial zones and clusters to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026).
At the program, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation presented gifts from the program "Gifts from the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress" directly to 28 workers (23 gifts worth 2 million VND and 5 gifts worth 1 million VND) in particularly difficult circumstances.

Present early at the program, Ms. Vo Thi Bich Loan, a worker at Rapexco - Dai Nam Co., Ltd., could not hide her emotion when receiving the support gift.
With an income of more than 5 million VND per month, while her husband is a freelancer, her family's life is always difficult. Therefore, when receiving the support gift from the program, she could not hide her emotion.
This gift is very precious. As the new school year is approaching, we have to pay tuition fees for our children, so the support will help the family alleviate difficulties," Ms. Loan shared.
According to Mr. Bui Hoai Nam - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, the program to show gratitude to workers is a practical activity recognizing the contributions of union members and workers who have always strived to overcome difficulties and accompany businesses to maintain production.
In the context that many businesses are still facing difficulties, the workforce still promotes the spirit of responsibility, diligence, and creativity, contributing to improving labor productivity and building harmonious and stable labor relations.
On this occasion, 20 gifts worth 1 million VND were given to children of union members in difficult circumstances along with 22 sets of handwriting pens for reading and learning English to support children of workers in industrial parks and clusters before the new school year.
Taking care of health so that workers can feel secure and attached
Not stopping at material support, immediately after the gift-giving program, the Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with Military Hospital 87 to organize a free general health check-up for nearly 300 workers working at Suoi Dau Industrial Park.

Colonel Nguyen Tien Dung - Deputy Director of Military Hospital 87 - said that the hospital has always accompanied the Trade Union organization for many years in medical examination programs and free medicine distribution for union members, especially workers in industrial zones and clusters.
In 2026 alone, the two units organized two free health check-ups for workers at Dien Phu Industrial Cluster and Suoi Dau Industrial Park. Through screening, many cases were detected early with common diseases for timely treatment advice, contributing to ensuring long-term health for workers.
According to Ms. Tran Thi Huong - Vice Chairwoman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee, from the beginning of the year to now, the trade union has coordinated to organize for nearly 500 workers working in heavy and hazardous environments to have periodic health check-ups and thematic check-ups. In addition, the trade union also coordinated to organize fire prevention and fighting, rescue and relief drills and promote propaganda on occupational safety and hygiene, and occupational disease prevention.
