Rubber farms support workers in difficulty on the occasion of Vietnamese Family Day

Dak Lak - Responding to Vietnamese Family Day, Cu Kpop Farm presented gifts to 28 union member families and supported a disadvantaged family.

On June 28, the Cu Kpo Farm Union, Krong Buk District, Dak Lak Province, held a meeting and presented gifts to union members' families and workers on the occasion of Vietnam Family Day.

The activity aims to recognize the contributions of families in the development process of the farm and the company.

The grassroots union of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company and Cu Kpo Farm presented 28 gifts to the families of union members and workers.

On this occasion, the trade union organization also presented gifts to encourage a family of workers in difficult circumstances and suffering from serious illnesses.

Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company - Mr. To Van Tai emphasized that the family is the cell of society, playing a fundamental role in the sustainable development of the country.

Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company currently has 5 affiliated farms with a total of 2,365 employees. Of which, indirect labor is 378 people (accounting for 15.98%) and 1,987 direct laborers (accounting for 84.02%).

In 2024, the average income of cadres, employees, and workers in the whole unit will reach 7.56 million VND/person/month of work. The company paid the salary in full and on time.
