Ms. Pham Thi My Linh (from Khanh Hoa province) has been a worker at Phuong Nam Branch, 19.5 One Member Limited Liability Company (Department H08, Ministry of Public Security) for 11 years.
Ms. Linh shared that from the early days of entering Company 19.5, as a worker directly working as a mechanic in the garment field, she always kept in mind to try to complete the assigned tasks well, constantly learn and improve to improve her skills.
Also according to Ms. Linh, during her work process, she always received attention and support from the Board of Directors, departmental trade union, team officials and colleagues. “Also because of the warm affection, I see the company as a second home, where everyone is always united, helping each other to progress together. The attachment, colleague affection and friendly working environment have helped me have more motivation to overcome difficulties in my work” - Ms. Linh said.
During the working process, from reality, Ms. Linh realized that there are stages that, although the operating time is not long, if reasonably improved, will contribute to improving productivity and production efficiency. Thanks to that, she had the initiative to improve the shoulder sewing stage.
With the new method, the sewing process time is reduced from 62 seconds to 54 seconds, saving 8 seconds for each product. The time and cost efficiency are specifically calculated: Old sewing method 62 seconds x 8.41 VND/second = 521 VND/product; new sewing method 54 seconds x 8.41 VND/second = 454 VND/product. With a reduction of 67 VND/product, the cost for the sewing process of the shoulder is reduced by about 12%. Ms. Linh's salary increases according to the product, from 13 million VND/month to 14.5-15 million VND/month.

Talking to reporters, Ms. Linh said that the years working at Company 19.5 were not only a period of working time but also a journey of learning, growing up and attachment. She always appreciates the feelings that the company and colleagues have given her. "This is also the motivation for me to continue to strive, promote the spirit of creativity, have more initiatives in work, contribute to improving productivity, product quality and together with the collective build the company to develop more and more" - Ms. Linh said emotionally.
According to Ms. Linh's sharing, in the coming time, she will continue to strive to learn, train and improve her skills, always maintain a sense of responsibility, solidarity and creativity to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
