On the morning of November 13, the Quang Ngai Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to announce the Decision of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on personnel work.

At the Conference, authorized by the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Ms. Nguyen Thi Viet Hien, Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union Work Committee, announced the Decision on appointing additional members of the Executive Committee, members of the Standing Committee and holding the position of Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation, term 2023 - 2028 for Mr. Dinh Quoc Tuan, Provincial Party Committee member, former full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, from November 1, 2025.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Huynh Thanh Xuan congratulated Mr. Dinh Quoc Tuan on being appointed as Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation.
From now until the end of the year, the workload is very large, especially in the context of Quang Ngai having just experienced consecutive storms and floods. Mr. Huynh Thanh Xuan hopes that the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee will pay attention and support the new Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation to complete the tasks assigned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Mr. Dinh Quoc Tuan emphasized that he will work with the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor to promote solidarity, unity, seriously study and disseminate the Party's guidelines, resolutions, the State's policies and laws, and the tasks of the Trade Union to lead, direct, organize the workers' movement and trade union activities to develop more and more practically, meeting the needs and aspirations of a large number of union members and workers.
"In performing my duties, I will work with the Executive Committee to seriously implement the principle of concentration, democracy, support each other in completing tasks well, to be worthy of the trust and confidence of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and all cadres, union members, workers and civil servants in the province" - Mr. Tuan expressed.
Mr. Dinh Quoc Tuan, born on February 27, 1975, hometown Dak Choong commune, Dak Glei district, Kon Tum province (now Xop commune, Quang Ngai province); has a Master's degree in Political Science, Senior Political Theory.
Before being appointed as Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation, Mr. Dinh Quoc Tuan held many positions such as Member of the Kon Tum Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Kon Tum Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee; Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Kon Tum Provincial Ethnic Committee; Member of the Provincial Party Committee, full-time Deputy Secretary of the Kon Tum Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; Member of the Provincial Party Committee, full-time Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.
