Reporting at the Congress, Mr. Doan Duc Tien - Chairman of EVNHANOI Trade Union said that in the 2023-2025 period, after the merger, EVNHANOI Trade Union will manage 23 affiliated grassroots trade unions. With a total of 7,321 employees, despite facing many difficulties, the Trade Union has clearly demonstrated its courage and spirit of innovation, thoughtfulness and comprehensiveness for employees, while closely following the production and business goals of the Corporation along with the efforts of the Trade Unions at all levels to effectively implement the contents of the Resolution of the Congress for the 2023 - 2028 term.
In which, the highlights are: The Trade Union has performed well the role of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers; maintaining regular dialogues; promoting emulation - initiatives in production; spreading EVNHANOI culture through practical, creative and humane activities. Supporting tens of billions of VND for workers in difficulty, implementing health care activities, organizing extensive emulation movements... is a clear demonstration of the spirit of "taking workers as the center" of the Trade Union organization.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Do Duc Hung - Chairman of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union highly appreciated the results achieved by the EVNHANOI Trade Union in the past term, considering them a vivid testament to the efforts, solidarity and innovation of the entire Corporation's Trade Union system. At the same time, it was emphasized that EVNHANOI is one of the typical units of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union, not only in its proactiveness in caring for workers, but also in its ability to quickly adapt to digital transformation, improve the quality of human resources and effectively accompany experts in all production and business tasks.
The Chairman of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union affirmed that the achievements of the EVNHANOI Trade Union have contributed positively to the overall achievements of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union and the entire Group. In the context of the electricity industry facing many challenges in the energy market, green transformation and pressure on electricity supply, he requested EVNHANOI Trade Union to continue to promote the pioneering spirit, innovate operating methods, enhance dialogue, and better care for the material and spiritual life of workers.
