210 delegates representing the will and aspirations of more than 23,000 cadres, union members and workers in the entire Vietcombank system attended the congress.
Mr. Huynh Thanh Xuan - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Mr. Pham Tien Dung - Deputy Governor of the State Bank and Ms. Nguyen Khanh Chi - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Bank Trade Union all attended the congress.

The 7th Vietcombank Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030 with the motto of action: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", aims to realize the goal: "Enhancing the role and position of Vietcombank Trade Union; accompanying union members and workers in the journey of innovation and digital transformation for sustainable development of Vietcombank".
According to the Executive Committee of Vietcombank Trade Union for the 2023-2025 term, with the motto "For the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees - For the sustainable development of Vietcombank", Vietcombank Trade Union proactively grasps the thoughts and aspirations, promptly shares difficulties and removes obstacles for employees.
Trade unions at all levels have done a good job of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights of workers, periodic dialogues contribute to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations. Thanks to that, members and employees trust the leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of Vietcombank; join hands, be unanimous, make creative efforts, complete assigned tasks well, contribute to the completion of business plans and political tasks, create a premise for the realization of Vietcombank's development goals and strategies until 2030 and the following years.
During the term, Vietcombank Trade Union participated in developing new Salary Regulations, Emulation and Reward Regulations, Grassroots Democracy Regulations; coordinated with employers to ensure jobs, income, working hours, and labor safety for employees; ensuring gender equality, maternity benefits and regulations for female employees.
Every year, Vietcombank Trade Union coordinates with employers to organize Workers' conferences, effectively implement grassroots democracy work, and conduct periodic dialogues to resolve 76 recommendations of workers. Vietcombank Trade Union actively implements the movement of practicing thrift and fighting waste so that Vietcombank has a basis to reduce lending interest rates, exempt/relieve fees for customers through encouraging employees and employees to pioneer in applying science and technology, actively implementing digital banking activities with many breakthrough banking products and services.
At the 2024 Workers' Conference, Vietcombank Trade Union signed a Collective Labor Agreement with many preferential welfare regimes contributing to improving the happiness index for workers such as: Workers are entitled to 1 day off on the occasion of birthday and 1 hour off/week but still receive salary; Employers buy life insurance and contribute to the Voluntary Supplementary Pension Fund to supplement income for workers when they reach retirement age.
The systematic implementation of social security programs "Welfare for union members" such as: Organizing the "Tet Sum Vay - Tet Union Members" Program; The "Union Meal" Program has attracted the attention of Party committees at all levels, attracting tens of thousands of union members and employees to enthusiastically participate.
During the past term, upon receiving information and proposals from the grassroots level, Vietcombank Trade Union promptly supported 102 union members and 616 relatives of union members with serious illnesses with a total cost of VND 7,674 billion; supported 21 cases of union members and employees with severe illnesses with a total amount of VND 2.73 billion from the Vietcombank mutual love Fund; supported 298 union members and employees affected by Typhoon Yagi with an amount of VND 684 million; supported 355 union members and employees affected by storms and floods in 2025 with an amount of VND 722 million.
With a professional, transparent and humane working environment and 72 superior welfare policies, employees at Vietcombank have a lot of affection, pride and desire to stay at Vietcombank for a long time.
Accordingly, Vietcombank has the highest rate of employed workers in the banking industry with an EES>96%, maintaining at the level of "Excellence" in the labor market; Vietcombank has been honored as "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" for 5 consecutive years, voted "Bank with the Best Working Environment in Vietnam" for 10 consecutive years and received 4/4 consecutive awards "Best Workplace in Asia".

The 7th Vietcombank Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, also clearly identified the direction and key goals. In particular, continuing to innovate and improve operational efficiency; accompanying the professional in business activities according to the 4-line motto H including: Resolutely action - Harmonizing benefits - Outstanding efficiency - Happiness spreading, building the Trade Union of workers, by workers, for workers; taking union members and workers as the center, the sustainable development of Vietcombank as the driving force, building a professional, friendly, humane and effective working environment.
With a democratic and responsible spirit, the congress elected the 7th Executive Committee of Vietcombank Trade Union with 22 members; the congress also elected 40 official delegates and 6 delegates in absentia to attend the 8th Congress of the Vietnam Bank Trade Union.
Immediately after the Congress, the Executive Committee of the 7th Vietcombank Trade Union held its first Conference to perfect the personnel for leadership positions.
The conference elected Mr. Hong Quang to hold the position of Chairman of the 7th Vietcombank Trade Union; elected Ms. Le Thi Thu Ha and Mr. Ngo Duc Binh to hold the position of Vice Chairman; assigned Ms. Le Thi Thu Ha to hold the position of Permanent Vice Chairman; at the same time elected the Standing Committee of 7 members and the Inspection Committee of 4 members...
