On December 5, Lam Dong Department of Construction announced the temporary resumption of traffic on Prenn Pass (National Highway 20) in Xuan Huong - Da Lat Ward, Lam Dong Province from December 5 to 7.
The Department of Construction said that based on the repair and overcoming of landslides on the Prenn Pass road up to now and to ensure traffic for people and tourists to Da Lat, the unit decided to temporarily reopen the road.

Allowing people and vehicles (except trucks) to temporarily circulate on the Prenn Pass route from December 5 to 7. On December 5, vehicles were traveling through Prenn Pass from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on the same day. On December 6 and 7, vehicles will travel through the pass from 5am to 10pm.
In addition to the above time frame, people and vehicles should proactively travel according to the instructions in the announcement on December 4, 2025 of the Department of Construction as follows: Traffic routes for Da Lat vehicles and vice versa in 3 directions.
Mimosa Pass, all vehicles are allowed to travel in two directions in the direction of Mimosa Pass (starting normal traffic from 3:30 p.m. on December 4).

Directing to Tuyen Lam Lake (Sacom Tuyen Lam Pass), all vehicles (except trucks) from Lien Khuong Expressway turn left onto Sacom Tuyen Lam Street to the center of Da Lat and vice versa.
Ta Nung Pass (Provincial Road 725), all types of vehicles are allowed to travel in two directions in the direction of Ta Nung Pass.
Lam Dong Department of Construction recommends that during the process of traveling through Prenn Pass, people and tourists should pay attention to the current status of the route to promptly handle any incidents. Proactively go slowly, comply with signs and traffic flow plans in areas where repair work is being carried out on the route.
At the same time, the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police Department and the People's Committee of Xuan Huong - Da Lat Ward are requested to support the arrangement of forces to regularly patrol and control, ensuring smooth and safe traffic during the repair of Prenn Pass.
Work with the No. 1 Construction Investment Project Management Board to direct the construction unit to regularly inspect and review to organize the installation of a road signaling system in accordance with the construction organization plan; real-life traffic flow on the route; arrange traffic flow forces.
