At the 2025 Creative Labor Festival at the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Vietnam Bank Trade Union participated in a booth displaying the innovative and creative achievements of union members and workers in the banking industry. And 2 initiatives were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Specifically: Author group of Vietcombank Trade Union Headquarters: Nguyen Thi Hong Van, Le Dang Nam, Pham Thi Minh Due, Nguyen Minh Tuan, Nguyen Trung Dung with the initiative "Smart Payment Routing Solution - Breakthrough in connecting businesses with Vietcombank"; Author group of BIDV Data and Analysis Center Trade Union: Pham Thanh Long, Nguyen Thi Thu Giang, Ngo Thuy Linh, Nguyen Thi Tuyet Chinh, Nguyen Thi Hao with the initiative "Using virtual assistants in optimizing the work of supporting users to exploit MIS/ODS data".
This achievement once again affirms the persistent creativity of union members and employees in the banking industry. All work together to honor the intelligence and creativity of Vietnamese union members and workers in contributing to the development of the country, while promoting the role of the emulation movement for good and creative workers at a new level, associated with green transformation, bringing the country firmly into a new era" - Ms. Nguyen Khanh Chi shared.
