On November 7, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the Trade Union of Rollsport Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. has just held the first Executive Committee Conference for the 2025-2030 term.
Attending and directing the conference were Ms. Le Thi An - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee, along with members of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Company, term IV.
At the conference, delegates discussed enthusiastically, highly agreed on the working program and elected key leadership positions of the Company's Trade Union. With a democratic, responsible and united spirit, the conference elected a Standing Committee of 7 outstanding comrades, representing the collective of union members and workers in the Company. At the same time, the Inspection Committee was elected, consisting of 7 capable members, to supervise and inspect trade union activities.
In particular, with high prestige, Mr. Nguyen Van Ty was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of Rollsport Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd., term IV, 2025-2030. The conference also elected 2 Vice Chairmen and Chairmen of the Inspection Committee to perfect the leadership apparatus, meeting the requirements of trade union activities in the new period.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Le Thi An highly appreciated the results achieved by the Company's Trade Union in the recent term, and at the same time requested the new Executive Committee to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, innovation, and creativity; better care for the lives, legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; contribute to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in the enterprise.
On behalf of the new Executive Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Ty expressed his gratitude for the trust of union members and higher-level unions, affirming that the Executive Committee will strive to make union activities more and more practical and effective, contributing positively to the sustainable development of the enterprise.
The first Conference of the Executive Board of the Trade Union of Rollsport Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd., term IV, 2025-2030 term was a great success, marking the beginning of a new development stage, a period of innovation, creativity and action for workers.
