On November 7, the Trade Union of Binh Thuan Urban Environment and Services Joint Stock Company, in Tien Thanh Ward, Lam Dong Province, announced that it had successfully and successfully organized the 1st Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
The Congress was attended by Ms. Dao Thi Ha Ny - Chairwoman of Tien Thanh Ward Trade Union; Mr. Mai Huu Viet - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company; and 60 delegates representing 379 union members of the unit.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development" - the congress comprehensively assessed the results of trade union activities for the 2023 - 2028 term, and at the same time set out goals and directions for the 2025 - 2030 term.
During the past term, trade union activities have achieved many positive results. Every year, it is assessed as having excellently fulfilled its tasks; the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers are guaranteed.
The Trade Union coordinates with the Board of Directors to maintain stable jobs for workers, with an average income of 7.1 to 7.5 million VND/person/month. The company also guarantees that employees can borrow capital from banks to serve production, raise livestock and develop the family economy.
At the same time, the union regularly visits and encourages union members when they are sick, have work accidents, or have family gatherings or on birthdays, holidays, and Tet. On the occasion of major holidays, the trade union organizes many cultural and sports activities such as sightseeing, resorts, flower arrangement competitions, cuisine, karaoke singing, etc.
The Trade Union also launched emulation movements associated with the goal of completing the production and business plan, contributing to promoting the development of the Company.
Ms. Dao Thi Ha Ny - Chairwoman of Tien Thanh Ward Trade Union - emphasized: "With practical activities, the union has built a harmonious and stable relationship; prevented labor disputes, created a bond between union members and workers with the union and the enterprise".
Entering the 2025 - 2030 term, the grassroots trade union of Binh Thuan Urban Environment and Services Joint Stock Company aims to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, taking more practical care of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members; building an increasingly strong trade union organization.
The Congress elected a new Executive Committee of 7 members. Mr. Le Thanh Hoang was re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of Binh Thuan Urban Environment and Services Joint Stock Company for the 2025-2030 term.
