Accordingly, one of the goals of the City Labor Federation (LDLD) is that 85% of enterprises and units with trade unions that meet the conditions prescribed by law are allowed to negotiate and sign collective labor agreements (LDTT) by trade unions according to the provisions of law; strive for 55% of the number of agreements classified as B or higher.
Strive for 100% of grassroots trade unions in the administrative sector, state-owned enterprises and at least 85% of grassroots trade unions in non-state-owned enterprises to participate with employers in promulgating and implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations well.
It is known that in 2024, the work of participating in implementing democracy at the grassroots level, negotiating and signing collective labor agreements will continue to receive attention, guidance, effective implementation, and achieve positive results.
There are 3,475/3,475 units (reaching 100%) organizing conferences for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers and 3,413/4,338 units (reaching 78.68%) organizing the 2024 Labor Conference.
The total number of collective labor agreements of enterprises in the city is 4,691/5,738 enterprises with grassroots trade unions (reaching 81.75%), quality A and B accounts for 47.15%; in 2024 alone, 1,725 new, amended and supplemented collective labor agreements were signed (due to expiration)), of which 715 were newly signed, reaching 119% of the target assigned by the General Confederation (600 copies).
