At the 13th Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the Trade Union of Van Dinh General Hospital approved a number of important targets.
In particular, it is determined to continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation, aiming to further improve the quality of care, representation and protection of the legitimate rights of union members, civil servants and workers. The trade union proactively participates in developing and supervising the implementation of policies directly related to workers, while coordinating with the government to promote democracy at the grassroots level, creating a transparent, public and united working environment.
The Trade Union aims to ensure that over 95% of cadres, civil servants and workers are fully informed of the resolutions of the Party, the Trade Union and the State's legal policies.
The work of improving professional and technical quality continues to be focused on, striving to deploy about 25 scientific research topics or innovation initiatives each year, contributing to improving the professional capacity and operational efficiency of the unit.
It is known that over the past term, the Hospital Trade Union continued to affirm its role as a solid support for union members and workers. The union has closely coordinated with the government, effectively organized annual Workers' Civil Servants' conferences, and fully participated in councils directly related to the rights of union members such as: Salary Council, Emulation Council, Recruitment Council. The supervision of the implementation of regimes and policies has been seriously implemented, ensuring the rights of workers.
In the period of 2023 - 2025, the whole hospital has 210 civil servants receiving regular salary increases, 69 cases of early salary increases, 38 people receiving seniority beyond the framework. Social insurance, health insurance, preferential allowances, toxicity... are all paid correctly, sufficiently, and promptly.
The facilities, equipment for professional service and working conditions of staff have been significantly improved; the hospital regularly implements programs to ensure labor safety, fire prevention and fighting, and build a Green - Clean - Beautiful working environment.
