On the morning of April 26, at Cao Bang Steel Corporation, the Provincial Federation of Labor (PFF) held a launching ceremony for Workers' Month and Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene (OSH) in 2025.
In recent years, trade unions at all levels in the province have constantly innovated the form of organization, turning Workers' Month - Labor Safety Month into "Workers' Day" with many practical activities, spreading positively in society. Every year, over 2,000 workers are trained in occupational safety and health.

This year, Workers' Month has the theme "Vietnamese workers pioneering in entering a new era", while the Month of Action on occupational safety and health carries the message "Strengthening assessment, identification of risks and risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and health at the workplace".
The Provincial Federation of Labor calls on trade unions at all levels to effectively organize activities such as: "Creative workers, steadfastly entering the new era", "Thank you to workers"; launching a peak month to develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions, introduce and admit party members; organize dialogues to listen to and promptly resolve the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers.

At the same time, coordinate with competent authorities to inspect and supervise the implementation of labor policies and laws, ensuring the legitimate rights of workers.
At the ceremony, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Business Association and the units signed a commitment to effectively implement occupational safety and health work, enhancing responsibility for complying with labor laws.
