To be proactive in ensuring economic security, protecting the rights of workers, and implementing the contents of the 2024 Trade Union Law, the Economic Security Department (Hung Yen Provincial Police) regularly coordinates with the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation to organize meetings, propagate, mobilize, and guide companies, businesses, and workers in the area (especially foreign-invested enterprises) to establish grassroots trade unions to care for and protect the rights of workers.
Recently, the Economic Security Department in coordination with the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation and Ming Shin Packaging Technical Company Limited (a 100% foreign-invested enterprise, located in Giai Le village, Tien Hoa commune, Hung Yen province) held a Congress to establish a grassroots Trade Union, with the participation of the company's Board of Directors and 89 employees.

As a result, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the first term, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 5 comrades; elected 1 Chairman and 1 Vice Chairman of the Trade Union. These are the core factors in performing well the functions and tasks of the grassroots Trade Union, caring for and protecting the rights of workers, contributing to helping the company operate stably and develop more and more.
In the coming time, the Economic Security Department will continue to strengthen the work of reviewing, grasping the situation, coordinating and advising to promote the establishment of grassroots trade union organizations, building self-management groups on security and order, and at the same time launching the movement of All People's Protection of National Security at companies and enterprises in the province.
