For new workers working at the company, right after completing the work study period, we organize early admission when the employee voluntarily applies to join the trade union organization," said Mr. Le Van Quyet - Chairman of the Trade Union of 19.5 Company.
According to Mr. Quyet, in recent times, the trade unions of units under 19.5 Company have demonstrated their role in participating with the authorities at the same level in managing the fields of operation in the unit's agencies, from professional activities, production, caring for material and spiritual life, implementing policies to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
In addition, the unit also carries out inspection, examination, supervision and financial work well. The People's Inspectorate has deployed and fulfilled its responsibility in supervising the activities of the unit, supervising the implementation of regimes, policies, salary payment, bonuses of employers, etc. In particular, with union finance, grassroots unions ensure compliance with the regulations on financial collection, management and spending of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the People's Public Security Trade Union.
Currently, 19.5 Company has 1,137 union members operating at 5 affiliated union units.
