On the occasion of Workers' Month 2026, on the morning of May 7, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Bac Ninh province - visited, grasped the production and business situation and presented gifts to workers in difficult circumstances at KD Sports Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Hiep Hoa commune). Accompanying him were Mr. Le Xuan Loi - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, the Provincial Labor Federation and localities.
KD Sports Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a 100% Korean-owned enterprise, operating in the field of garment export processing since 2007. Currently, the enterprise creates jobs for more than 1.6 thousand workers with an average income of about 9 million VND/person/month.
At the working session, business leaders said that in the past, although production and business activities faced many difficulties due to fluctuations in the world economic situation and increased input costs, the company still maintained stable jobs and income for workers. The business continues to proactively seek customers, reduce costs, and maintain policies to care for workers.
In addition to salaries according to regulations, the company also implements many welfare regimes such as: Diligence bonus, gasoline support, child allowance, seniority allowance, holiday and Tet bonuses... to encourage employees to stick with the business for a long time.
Speaking at the working session, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of businesses in maintaining production, ensuring jobs, income and caring for the lives of workers in the context of many difficulties.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong emphasized that today's visit and gift-giving program shows the deep concern of Party committees and authorities at all levels for businesses in the province, especially FDI businesses.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong affirmed that Bac Ninh province always pays attention, accompanies, and creates the most favorable conditions for businesses to develop. From there, build an attractive investment environment, attract more projects, and create more jobs for local people.
Sharing difficulties with businesses at this time, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hoped that the company would continue to search for and expand markets, proactively respond to changes in the world economic situation, ensure jobs and stable income for union members and workers. At the same time, coordinate and create the most favorable conditions for grassroots trade unions to operate, organize practical care activities, especially during this year's Workers' Month; create a safe working environment, apply many welfare regimes so that workers can feel secure and stick with the long-term relationship, build harmonious and stable labor relations.
With the theme of this year's Workers' Month "Innovation, creativity, improving labor productivity", Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong proposed that businesses and trade unions pay attention to improving digital skills for workers. The worker team promotes the spirit of creativity, proactively improves skills, competes in production; complies with production regulations and rules, and works with businesses to overcome difficulties and develop sustainably.
On this occasion, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong and members of the delegation presented 100 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances working at the enterprise.
