On January 29, a delegation of leaders of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee led by Mr. Tran Huy Phuong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee visited, encouraged and wished Tet to union members and workers (CNLĐ) at Hong Hai Science and Technology Group (Que Vo Industrial Park).
Accompanying him were Comrade Thach Van Chung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL), Provincial Party Committee Member, Chairman of the VGCL of Bac Ninh province; representatives of leaders of departments, branches and related localities. Receiving the delegation were Mr. Chau Nghia Van - General Director of Foxconn Vietnam and the Executive Committee of the Group's Trade Union.
Reporting to the working delegation, representatives of the Group said that the unit is currently employing about 130,000 workers with a stable average income of 13-14 million VND/person/month. On the occasion of Binh Ngo Tet 2026, the Group maintains a bonus level of 0.5 to 2 months of basic salary and pays early so that workers can be financially proactive.
In addition to higher-than-law welfare regimes such as midday meal allowances (1,170,000 VND/month), housing allowances (500,000 VND/month), attendance bonuses and support for female workers after childbirth, the Group's Trade Union has implemented a series of practical activities: Giving Tet gifts to all employees (300,000 VND/gift). Supporting 200 gifts from the Provincial Labor Federation and 113 gifts from grassroots trade union funds for workers in particularly difficult circumstances. Organizing vehicles to take 325 workers home for Tet.
Speaking at the working session, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Huy Phuong acknowledged and highly appreciated the results in production and business as well as the social responsibility of Hong Hai Group.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the timely concern of businesses and trade union organizations for the lives of workers not only helps workers feel secure in welcoming Tet but also affirms the spirit of sustainable connection between businesses and localities. "Bac Ninh is not only a place for brothers and sisters to work, but has been and is a common home, a place where the Party Committee, government and businesses always care, share and accompany so that everyone feels the warmth of human love in a complete Spring," Mr. Tran Huy Phuong shared.
On this occasion, Mr. Tran Huy Phuong directly presented Tet gifts to the Group's leadership and sent New Year greetings of peace and prosperity to all officials and employees.
After the working session, the leadership delegation attended the program "Tet reunion - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" 2026 organized by the Group's Trade Union. The festival space became lively with traditional contests such as: wrapping banh chung, decorating five-fruit trays, tug-of-war and folk dances.
Here, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and leaders presented 200 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances (including 1,000,000 VND in cash from the Provincial Labor Federation and 300,000 VND in kind from the Group Trade Union) with the spirit of "no one is left behind"; organized a lucky draw with many valuable gifts such as electronic pressure cookers, infrared stoves, blenders.
