In the afternoon of February 3, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Standing Deputy Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, head of the provincial working delegation, visited, wished Tet and presented gifts to workers in difficult circumstances at Ha Bac Export Garment Joint Stock Company, Minh Duc Branch (Viet Yen ward).
This is a meaningful activity within the program to care for Tet for workers under the direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
Accompanying him were Ms. Tran Thi Van - Provincial Party Committee Member, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Thach Van Chung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee Member, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation.
Ha Bac Export Garment Joint Stock Company and Minh Duc Branch currently have nearly 5 thousand workers, with an average income of more than 13.7 million VND/person/month; year-end bonuses reaching 19.2 million VND/person.
Besides production and business activities, businesses pay special attention to fully implementing regimes and policies for employees. 100% of workers have signed labor contracts, participated in social insurance and health insurance; many welfare policies exceeding legal regulations are maintained stably.
With the motto "no worker is short of Tet", the company's Trade Union allocated nearly 1.7 billion VND to give gifts to 100% of workers; supported a union member to build a house with the amount of 145 million VND, thereby helping workers feel secure and stick with the business for a long time.
At the program, members of the working delegation presented 200 Tet gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, encouraging workers to feel secure in their work and celebrate a joyful and warm Tet. Each gift included 1 million VND in cash and in-kind gifts worth 300,000 VND. At the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee sent the best wishes to the Party Committee, leaders, officials and employees of the company; wished the families a warm, joyful and happy traditional Tet of the nation; wished the company to continue to achieve many positive results in production and business. At the same time, she acknowledged the joyful and secure spirit of employees in the face of income, preferential treatment, especially the policy of caring for Tet Nguyen Dan 2026.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the company to continue to pay attention to propaganda, political and ideological education, and law for workers; take better care of the material and spiritual life of workers; innovate production and business operations, making positive contributions to socio-economic development and social security work of the province in the coming time.
The activities of visiting and giving gifts by provincial leaders are clear proof of the deep concern of the Party Committee and government of Bac Ninh province for the contingent of workers - the core force promoting local economic development. These gifts, although small in material terms, contain great feelings, contributing to bringing a warm and joyful Spring to every home.
