Mr. Phan Xuan Quang - Chairman of the Quang Nam Labor Federation (LDLD) - assessed that the 2025 Workers' Month with the theme "Vietnamese Workers' Level: Pioneering to enter a new era" has been widely implemented by the trade unions at all levels of Quang Nam province, bringing many practical results in caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate rights of workers.
According to statistics, 191/363 grassroots trade unions in enterprises organized Workers' Month, reaching 104.9% of the target assigned by the General Confederation. Trade unions at all levels in the province have supported a total of more than 1 billion VND to take care of union members and workers in difficult circumstances, serious illnesses, occupational accidents, diseases or affected by natural disasters and epidemics; two "Union Shelters" were awarded with a total budget of 90 million VND.
For the movement "For the poor - No one is left behind" in the period of 2021-2025, it has contributed to supporting thousands of union members in difficult circumstances, building hundreds of union shelters, and supporting the development of many remote areas.
Recognizing positive contributions, at the summary conference on the morning of June 12 in Tam Ky City, the Provincial Federation of Labor commended 17 outstanding collectives and 15 individuals. Of which, 7 collectives and 5 individuals have outstanding achievements in Workers' Month 2025; 10 collectives and 10 individuals are exemplary in the "For the Poor" movement.
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor also launched the movement "The whole country competes in innovation and digital transformation", and launched the program "Digital education in the province" to improve digital capacity among workers, civil servants, and laborers in the whole province, contributing to effectively adapting to the era of strong transformation.
