After the end of the operation of the Dung Quat Economic Zone Trade Union and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks according to the policy of restructuring the apparatus from July 1, 2025, the Quang Ngai Provincial Federation of Labor assigned union officials to be in charge, monitor, and directly guide 39 trade unions in Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks with 53,633 union members/60,151 workers and laborers.

At the Conference, representatives of the Trade Union discussed and made recommendations on the issues of collecting - paying union fees, union funds; procedures for granting new seals; the need for social housing, low-cost housing for workers; developing Party members who are workers; organizing cultural, artistic and sports activities after the arrangement; the issue of inaccurate information about businesses on social networks affecting business reputation; traffic safety in the area...

In her speech, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Lan, President of the Provincial Federation of Labor, acknowledged and praised the results that the grassroots trade unions have achieved, and at the same time requested that the grassroots trade unions continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation, building strong and effective grassroots trade unions.
