Foxconn Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise (FDI), established in 2023, with a registered capital of about VND 218.85 billion.
The enterprise operates in the field of electronic and mechanical components manufacturing, currently in the production expansion phase, with an expected workforce of about 700 people.
The company's grassroots union was established with 99 union members. At the conference, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, term I, 2025-2030, was officially launched.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Quang Yen Ward Trade Union, emphasized: the establishment of the Foxconn Mechanical Manufacturing Company Limited Trade Union is an important milestone, contributing to protecting the legitimate and legal rights of workers, while building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at the enterprise.
The Chairman of the Quang Yen Ward Trade Union expressed his hope that the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union, term I, would actively implement activities to care for the lives, represent and protect the rights of union members, and closely coordinate with the Board of Directors of the company to carry out emulation movements, improve labor productivity, and contribute to building sustainable business development.
Quang Yen ward is currently a locality with key industrial parks, with many FDI enterprises and a large workforce. The completion of the grassroots trade union organization here is of special significance in protecting the rights of workers and accompanying the socio-economic development of the locality.
